    Conscious design.

    Created with respect for nature.

Snowy Rocky Mountains with their peaks shrouded in dark clouds.

Where natural elements meet contemporary wellness.

Embark on a deeply intentional journey into the healing power of the Canadian Rockies. BASIN Glacial Waters honours the natural basin of Lake Louise and its ancient water source. Located steps from one of Canada’s most iconic lakeside heritage hotels, BASIN invites you to explore the high alpine anew, complemented by carefully curated thermal wellness experiences.

A unique vision two decades in the making, BASIN’s form was realized by internationally recognized AD100 architect Matteo Thun. Organic textures, minimalistic grandeur and an incomparable location combine to create a truly transformative experience.

An iconic destination.

Legendary and long-revered.

Our sanctuary for self-reflection is set within an unparalleled landscape. Renowned for its profound connection to nature, Lake Louise has long been a destination for mindful movement and restorative wellness.

Move among cocooned spaces for quiet contemplation and communal spaces that embrace the healing power of the alpine. Discover the deep calm born from striking contrasts: between hot and cold, indoor and outdoor, dry and wet, active and still. When you are finished, retreat to the comfort of your lakefront accommodations with a renewed sense of inner harmony.
