Advanced reservations are essential; BASIN access passes are required to enter the facility and freely flow throughout the thermotherapy circuits, to your own pace and preference.
To maintain a calming ambience and to allow for a deeply immersive thermal experience, BASIN Glacial Waters will keep to a set capacity of guests at all times; access passes are valid for a duration of three hours.

The BASIN Signature Retreat is a self-guided wellness experience designed to meet you where you are. With access to BASIN Glacial Waters, the Chateau’s new thermal bathing experience, and curated in-room wellness touches, every element invites calm, clarity, and reconnection.
Included moments, like mindful mixology and a rotating schedule of morning and evening rituals, offer space to reflect, restore, and move at your own pace.

Each Access Pass is for a single-use, timed-entry session.
A valid hotel reservation at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is required for entry.
Passes are non-refundable within 24 hours of your selected session.
