Begin with a warm, non-stimulating foot soak. Let tension melt from the ankles and feet as you settle into a slower rhythm.

>> Silent Salt Relax Room (10–15 min)
Breathe in the mineral-rich air. Rest in quiet, allowing the body and mind to release.

>> Vitality Pool (a few minutes only)
Choose the cooler of the Vitality Pools for a brief, refreshing soak. Avoid full immersion and follow what feels right.
