From October 24 – 27, BASIN Glacial Waters invites Bow Valley residents to discover North America’s only glacier-fed thermal wellness facility. Experience contrast bathing and restorative pauses in breathtaking alpine surroundings. This limited opportunity is our way of sharing BASIN with the community that calls the Bow Valley home.

- Each Access Pass is for a single-use, timed-entry session.
- Passes are non-refundable within 24 hours of your selected session.
- Subject to availability; space is limited to maintain an intimate and reflective environment.

This offer is available to residents of Lake Louise, Banff and Canmore. Proof of residency is required.

Advanced reservations are required at all times. Book online in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

A confirmed BASIN reservation grants one-time access only; once guests depart the facility re-entry is not permitted.

Parking at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is limited and charged at a day rate of $45. We invite guests to use the Lake Louise government lot or arrive by ROAM public transit for convenient access to BASIN.

No. Access is limited to the BASIN Glacial Waters thermal wellness experience, and other Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise facilities, including all restaurants, are not available as part of the Bow Valley Residents Offer.

BASIN will introduce supplementary experiences and enhancements to the thermotherapy circuit, which may incur additional charges. For details as these are announced, please follow BASIN Glacial Waters on Instagram and subscribe to the newsletter.

Access to BASIN is valid from the time noted on the reservation, for a period of three hours. This duration allows guests to fully embrace a series of self-guided thermotherapy circuits and experience all aspects of the BASIN space.

To encourage self-discovery and relaxation for all guests, BASIN Glacial Waters does not allow cellphones and other electronic devices into the experience. Please leave them with your belongings in an assigned BASIN secure locker, before entering the thermotherapy circuit.
