We recently catered a “Spring Fling” afternoon at a local private residence, for over 100 people – the more the merrier! The menu included roast suckling pig, tender ribeye steaks, a traditional Spanish shellfish paella, and a variety of grilled vegetables. This party would not have been complete without our portable brushed-aluminum bar and expert bartender.
